Itinerary

Tour Schedule
• Pickup Singapore (1 location); JB; Pontian (Pekan Nanas); Kokup; JB; Return to Singapore (1 location)

Timing
• 7.00am: Assemble at pickup location and proceed to CIQ
• 8.00am: Clear Singapore & Malaysia custom and proceed for breakfast (Free & easy)
• 9.00am: Visit Pineapple Plantation in Pekan Nanas
• 10.30am: Visit Bee Farm
• 12.30am: Arrive at Kukup Settle for restaurant lunch
Boat ride around Kukup Island and its surrounding fishing platforms
• 3.00pm: Arrive at Shopping Mall in JB
• 7.00pm: Dinner at local restaurant
• 8.00pm: Depart for return to Singapore
• 9.30pm: Estimated arrival at Singapore Drop off point

Terms and conditions

Vaildity
• The voucher is only valid on the specificied date and time

Eligibility
• Children aged 0-2 are not encouraged to participate
• Adult rate applies to all participants above age 12

Not Inclusive Of:
• Tips and graduities (Recommendated SGD5 per pax for driver and tour guide)
• Travel insurance (STB requires all participants to purchase travel insurance to
include insolvency of operators)
• Umbrella for wet weather


Confirmation
• A confirmation text will be sent via WhatsApp/Email

Cancellation policy
• No cancellations and/or refunds will be entertained after confirmation of booking

Amendement policy
• Change of tour date subject to availability with surcharge of SGD20 per pax per change
• Tour date changes must be made at least 7 days before original tour date

Voucher
• Digital and printed vouchers are accepted

Meet up information
• Meet up at the location at least 15 minutes before Departure Time
• Participants are given a 10 minute grace period otherwise considered no show.
• Refunds will not be entertained for late or no show participants.
• Look for guide holding Otter Tours Placard
