Departure & Return Information:

• Collect boarding and return tickets from Sindo Counter at Harbour Front Singapore (Ref: Tony Kelong).
• Receive by Rep at Batam Centre Terminal.
• Departure time from Singapore @9.00am Sea Craft: HF-BC.
• Return ferry @3.10pm.
• (Batam Time / 1hr behind Singapore Time).
• Pre-documentation: WhatsApp with screenshot of passports, 1st page with 6-month validity.  
• Expect large crowd on Weekends and Public Holidays.

Additional Services on Request at the Kelong:

• Massage service on Kelong by inhouse 2 masseurs. @ S$20.00 per hour.
• Shopping, arrangement with transport cost @S$8 to S$10 per pax.
• Sale onboard: Beer, Coke, Wine, Kuah Lapis, Ambon, Live Fishes etc.
